We know the buying process can be overwhelming and we want to arm you with as much information as possible as you start your buying journey.
Some important reminders and things to consider:
Shop for the best rate, first and foremost, especially through your personal finance institution.
If you are a current or former armed services member, we recommend you check with USAA first; they have some of the best rates.
Be mindful of terms and conditions. Don’t let finance companies nickle and dime you with services. Most add-ons may be purchased, by you, through independent companies at better rates.
Be prepared to purchase an insurance policy.
Once you are approved, your finance company will contact our accounting department seeking documents and paperwork, from there you’ll receive communication from our team on the next steps. You’ll be required to provide the finance company with your purchase amount from your quote. If at anytime, you feel you want us to help walk you through the process, feel free to reach out to our team, we will point you in the right direction!

At VTW, we know It’s hard to buy something you can’t touch and feel. We understand. We are excited to provide a killer incentive to get you to our manufacturing plant so that you can make a confident purchase. We will provide travel reimbursement to anyone that decides to travel to our facility, in Dothan, Alabama, and decides to purchase from us. This applies to road or air travel.
Fine print: you will be required to show us proof of residence. Your sales rep will be in coordination with you to ensure your travel dates are in conjunction with our availability to give you the best in-person experience possible. Purchase of a VTW trailer is required for travel reimbursement.
The more you spend, the more you save: Travel reimbursement up to 5% (depending on the model) of the base trailer cost.

We encourage you to secure financing through a your personal bank or financial institution. We find that you may attain the best rates when you go this route, likely do the nature of existing relationships. That said, you may rest assured that our company is represented within NADA to make it a simple and straightforward process to attain financing. If you prefer to use one of our preferred lenders, that is okay too – they already have a foundation set up for working with us.
