FAQ - About the Process…
For all of the independent, information on demand types out there – we have created this awesome getting started portal just for you! We want to answer any and all of your questions and if this list doesn’t have everything you need, we are just a phone call or email away…
It’s simple…complete a quote on our website under the [build your trailer tab]1 and submit to our sales team. You will promptly recieve a personalized quote from our sales team.
Payment #1 = $1,000 order commitment deposit. This payment will reserve your spot in our build queue. This is NON-REFUNDABLE deposit toward your custom camper.
Payment #2 = 50% build deposit. Once we confirm your order, this puts us approximately 4-6 weeks out from completion of your camper. Please note this payment may come due shortly after your deposit has been paid.
Payment #3 = Balance, if not financing, is due either 2 weeks from completion of the camper, at pick up, or before shipping is arranged and facilitated.
Storage Fees = If not paid in full within 2 weeks, you will incur a $12.50 per day storage fee. If paid in full within 2 weeks, we will store your camper up to 90 days at no charge. After 90 days, the storage fee is $12.50 per day.
**If financing, all bank paperwork will need to be done when completion date is approximately 4 weeks away.
For your initial deposit of $1000 and the 50% build deposit we accept cash, check or CC payment (add 4% for CC processing fee). For the final payment at completion we only accept cash, Bank check or wire transfer or CC payment(we will add 4% for the CC processing fees).If you are financing the camper then the bank paperwork will need to be done when the completion date is approximately 4 weeks away to order?

We are NADA listed to help facilitate the financing process. We work directly with 2 boutique lenders that provide financing on our campers. We can also work with national lenders, if necessary. If you are able to find better rates through a vendor you choose, we encourage that. All payments are non-refundable.
Changes can be made while your camper is in the build queue, up until the second payment (50% build deposit) date. All changes need to be finalized before your build is 4 weeks out from completion.
Currently our lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks. We appreciate your patience, in advance, and know our campers are worth the wait. We do experience supply shortages from time to time, and this can create unforeseen delays in production. We will be as transparent as possible when there are delays due to situations beyond our control. Delays we have experienced are usually less than a few weeks.
You may get a camper by a certain date, however; it depends on if it is being built or it is in-stock. We will gladly store at no extra cost, until you are ready to take delivery, given your camper is paid in full at the time of completion.
We can arrange delivery of your camper. We can get a quote on delivery near the time of completion from HQ. Delivery rates will vary based on the national average cost of diesel fuel, they are shipped from our facility in Dothan, Alabama. We wish for everyone to be able to come to our location to pick up as this allows to A. meet you and B. provide a thorough walk through and help familiarize you to your new camper. This can still be done by one of our area reps or by video call with someone on our sales team if you do need the camper delivered. See Delivery Charge Chart Below.
We have reps in many areas across the country. They have their personal camper that they show to prospective buyers. This allows you to see the construction materials and ask question of the Rep. The Rep can also help you through the option list. In addition, we have current and prospective dealerships that will be stocking our units. Feel free to check out our Dealer Page to learn more.
From time to time, yes we do have campers available. Simply check our HQ Inventory page to see what is available. Also check back to the dealer page, as referenced above, as we are adding dealers on a regular basis and there may be one in your area.
About the Build…

While our build queue might be quite long, it normally only takes a few weeks to complete a camper. Current lead time = 6 weeks MAX.
We offer options on teardrop trailer models. We have developed 3-4 levels of included options with our various models. We have undergone extensive research processes to select the best fitting options for our campers.
Standard tire and rim options are 30″ or 33″ tires on black steel wheels, depending on the model you choose, for all our off-road models. On road models are 205/75-R15″ Tires with black mod rims.
Camper body panels are made with .040” pre-coated aluminum. The sides are available in 5 colors: White, Black, Matte Grey, Sierra Tan, and Metallic Charcoal.
Camper tops either come in white or black due to the camper requiring a 1 piece .040” aluminum panel for this.
Small touch up bottles of paint can be matched at your local parts store.
We build, clean, prime, and paint all our frames. Our off-road frames are textured with a bed liner coating and our street models have a gloss finish. Textured coating offers a more durable surface than a solid paint or powder coated frame although it will not be as smooth.
Normal wear and tear can be negated when touched up with readily available aerosol bed liner spray coating from any auto part store or even where spray paint is sold. Please note – there are areas that we cannot get the coating into, like in between the expanded metal and frame on the front racks. This will always be an area where maintenance coating will be needed. This is a part of regular maintenance. Also, the fenders and bottom frame may need touching up from road debris. Think of it as putting lotion on your dry skin to keep it protected.
We use a marine grade Polyurethane to coat all wood surfaces. We typically put on 1 heavy coat. This does penetrate the wood surface offering protection from moisture and condensation. If you desire a higher gloss and or smoother finish you can sand the surfaces with 220 grit paper and recoat with more coats of Poly lightly sanding between coats.
Like all vehicles, the camper will require maintenance as an owner to make sure your investment is in tip-top shape, remains safe, and in aesthetically stellar condition. Here are our best practices…
- Check all fasteners before, during, and at the end of every season. Hand-tightening bolts and screws can help your trailer feel newer longer.
- Ensure lug nuts are torqued regularly (torque wrench setting of 100 foot-pounds is ideal).
- Grease your hubs, leveling jacks, and tow ball once per season
- Use WD-40 or comparable lubricant to ensure all drawer slides and zippers move freely and without unnecessary stress.
- Keep battery charged and in a warm place when not in use.
- Cover your trailer if you plan to keep it outside in the off-season.
- Plan to refinish areas of your trailer that receive high debris damage as needed with aerosol Raptor bed-liner finish.
- Replace overly compressed gaskets.
- Replace gas struts every few years.
- Treat surfaces with appropriate cleaner to maintain the best look and not degrade the material.
- Properly winterize your trailer well before the first freeze is expected.
- Adjust latches to ensure proper closures.
- Replace vinyl inserts and other components that react to prolonged exposure or damage from frequent use.
- Check the rear door seal regularly. Replace any D foam seal or sealant around the hinge/door as needed.
The more you take care of your trailer the better it will serve you and the higher the resale value when you decide to upgrade to a newer model down the road.
